To help us put things right as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you inspect the completed work as soon as it’s finished to ensure everything has been carried out to the standards and contract terms agreed.

If you have any concerns:

  • You can reach us by phone, email, or in writing

  • If writing to us by post, we recommend obtaining proof of posting

 

Our Complaint Procedure

Once your complaint is received, we aim to:

  1. Acknowledge and respond within 5 days

  2. Arrange a convenient date to revisit the property

  3. View the issue and/or carry out any necessary remedial work
