Good afternoon.

I just wanted to write a quick email to say thanks for sorting my new heating system which was completed yesterday. The disruption was something that I'd been dreading, but it was all very professional and smooth.

Thanks to Tania, who arranged the installation for my week off of work.

Also big thanks to the plumbers, (Adam and Harry I believe) They worked very hard and were very polite and helpful, really unobtrusive and actually a pleasure to have around.

And thanks to the electricians and the guy that boarded the loft out (& anyone else I forgot)

I'm very happy with my new heating, having had none since March, it's lovely to not be freezing cold!

Excellent prompt service to a Sunday afternoon leaking thank. Could not fault them.

Having to have a new boiler system we obtained four quotes and found the advise given was exceptional compared to the other companies. This happened just before Christmas, the old boiler being a combi boiler we had no hot water. Within the week we had an hot water tank plus emersion heater installed ready for Christmas to use. Within a further working week the boiler liner were connected with no problems. Highly recommended.

Thank you for job here. I’ve settled the invoice.

I’d also like to mention your engineer behaved within the rules of Covid Restrictions admirably, same as your staff always have over the 12 months or so.

My wife and I would be pleased if you will kindly pass on our grateful thanks to the two young men who attended our property to fix the leak. It is the first time we have had any tradesmen in our property since lockdown and they put our minds at rest with their professionalism and positive attitude in these trying times.

We wanted to express our thanks to the three engineers, Kevin, Eddie and Arran, who came on Tuesday 4th May to clear the oil line and reconnect our boiler. They were very polite and positive, very industrious and left no stone unturned in their endeavour to get the boiler up and running again. Arran didn’t leave until around 6.30pm.
They are a credit to your company and we are very grateful.
